In light of the Covid-19 situation, we have implemented stringent precautionary operational measures at all our hotels to safeguard the health and well-being of our guests and colleagues.

We have updated our cancellation policies. From 1 October 2021, guests will need to refer to the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellation fees on their respective bookings.

According to the government’s instruction for pandemic control. All the Check-in guests are required to provide a NEGATIVE NAT test certificate within the preceding 48 hours, Tour code and Green QR Code.

Palm Court, Silk, Treasure & Scent, T’ang Court, Perch, and our Spa and Fitness facilities are now open for services. The Langham Club services are temporarily provided at Palm Court, Silk and Duke’s will be open on 13th April and 14th April individually.

We will remain vigilant and steadfast in our commitment to provide every guest with the highest standard of safety and hygiene. Your health and safety remain our top priority.
